CEREC is one of the most advanced products in world dentistry. The CEREC CAD/CAM dental restoration method simultaneously designs and mills, enabling us to prepare perfectly fitted ceramic restorations in one visit, giving you huge savings in time and laboratory costs.

CEREC enables us to create biocompatible, non-metallic, extremely durable and natural looking restorations, in a single treatment session. It converts solid blocks of ceramic material into beautifully fi tting crowns or veneers. The fi nal result is indistinguishable from a healthy, natural tooth.

The name CEREC stands for Ceramic Reconstruction. The method was developed by Prof. W. Mörmann and Dr. M. Brandestini in 1980 at the University of Zurich in Switzerland.

The fi rst patients had been treated with CEREC inlays in 1985 at the University of Zurich. From this time CEREC has undergone continuous technical and clinical developments.
